PATIENT IN GOOD CONDITION AFTER ALLIGATOR BITE
Date: June 23, 2010 GAINESVILLE, Fla.— Peter Butt, of High Springs, Florida, is in good condition under the care of University of Florida physicians at Shands at UF. He sustained cuts and bruises and a fractured jaw. He is in good spirits. Mr. Butt thanks everyone for their concern and well wishes. He wants to extend a special thanks to everyone who assisted with his care immediately following the incident. He is extremely grateful for the care provided by the Marion County Fire Rescue emergency personnel, ShandsCair Flight Team and every member of the UF Health Science Center and Shands team that is providing his care. He and his family have requested the media respect their privacy at this time. We wish him a full recovery. ### |
