Attending hospital orientation on Infection Control, Fire & Safety, Customer Service, and Confidentiality/HIPPA is the first requirement of becoming a volunteer at Shands.

Please meet in the Volunteer Office 15 minutes prior to orientation so you can be escorted to the conference room. Please note: If you are 10 minutes late or more, you will not be admitted to orientation and will need to attend another date.
