Getting Started with Shands at UF

Thank you for considering Shands at UF as a place to volunteer. The following information will help you get started:

Steps to completing the volunteer process are outlined on the application and in the Application Process link.
The Service Area Listing will allow you to explore the various volunteer opportunities.
Interviews for college-age volunteers are scheduled at the beginning of each semester (January, May, August).
Interviews for adult volunteers are available year round on an individual basis.
Volunteers are not accepted for court-ordered OR community service hours that need to be completed.
